Holland and Barrett are doing their buy one, get one half price thing and whilst I don't really take vitamins, I'm loving their flaxseed and pumpkin seed products with Goji berries and sunflower seeds mixed in - there's even one mixed with cocoa for the chocolate lovers. So sprinkle some on your porridge in the morning nand stay full til lunch time - in a healthy way....

Cold weather, Dry skin....

Weather like today, cold and sharp, plays havoc with our skin.  It dries and chaps, so make sure you look after yourself by wearing a scarf to protect from the icy winds and apply the best moisturising product at night to allow the skin to replenish.  Keep Warm!
