NEW VEG
Over the weekend, find a vegetable or fruit that you have NEVER had before - then try to find a Detox recipe for it....variety is the spice of DETOX LIFE!
Spinach, Cinnamon and Cloves
Wendy from the USA has asked about Spinach, Cinamon and Cloves, it's a big YES to all these - nutmeg too, in fact all spices and herbs. It is really easy to think that 'detoxing' has no flavour but I find the richness of flavour is what always amazes me when you 'go healthy'
DETOX in readiness for DETOX...
Make sure that your cupboards and fridge are free from Non Detox goods, chuck out the mince pies, tuck into the leftover chocs and box up the caffeine. Once you start your programme, it's best not to have anything in temptations way.....

GOING ORGANIC....
I'm very excited to say that I'm soooo close to going Organic with my essential oils as well as my base oils.
Through a sequence of meetings with various women, I have had the massive good fortune to meet up with an Essential Oil 'supplier', I say 'supplier' because she is clearly more than that, she is a devotee, guru and farmer of essential oils.
Suffice to say, in the coming months, your products will not only be cared for, loved and nourished by me, but now my supplier will be doing that too - making the JANE SCRIVNER range even more therapeutic in skincare than it currently is, but the smell will be EVEN more divine....is this possible????

Hi Jane, I'm currently using a part-organic face cream, this natural moisturiser from http://www.katharinebotanicals.com. It's not wholly organic, but is free from parabens etc. Other fully organic creams tend to be around the £30-£40 mark, will yours increase in price (i know how expensive raw organic materials are), Looking forward to trying your products with added organic goodness :) Jodie x
