Holland and Barrett are doing their buy one, get one half price thing and whilst I don't really take vitamins, I'm loving their flaxseed and pumpkin seed products with Goji berries and sunflower seeds mixed in - there's even one mixed with cocoa for the chocolate lovers. So sprinkle some on your porridge in the morning nand stay full til lunch time - in a healthy way....

It's been a while....

So, I've neglected this blog, I apologise!

From now on I plan to keep up-to-date and on track.

So just a thought, after lazy days in the sun, Intense Oil, is just the job for sun damage or high pigmentation, moisturising and softening too....BUT, the best sun advice is NOT to go in the Sun. It really is ageing and dangerous when there are so many products on the market that can give you the instant golden glow without the hard work of damaging, natural tanning. Sit in the shade with a good book and look just as fabulous....and younger, longer.
