Holland and Barrett are doing their buy one, get one half price thing and whilst I don't really take vitamins, I'm loving their flaxseed and pumpkin seed products with Goji berries and sunflower seeds mixed in - there's even one mixed with cocoa for the chocolate lovers. So sprinkle some on your porridge in the morning nand stay full til lunch time - in a healthy way....

My 'ORB' goes live, but just for me!

Sunday night and I used my 'Orb'.....my very own skin care product warmer, making natural oils and balms melt into the skin, absorbing deeper and working harder, but put all that to one side because it JUST FELT AMAZING.

I melted, then applied BALANCE nourishing Cleanser but then kept sweeping the brush around the base of the 'Orb' bowl to warm it through and then 'painted' my skin some more, the brush was warm and it felt like the balm was just melting into my skin...so I've discovered the 'Orb empty brush technique!' and all whilst watching x factor.......
