Spinach, Cinnamon and Cloves
Wendy from the USA has asked about Spinach, Cinamon and Cloves, it's a big YES to all these - nutmeg too, in fact all spices and herbs. It is really easy to think that 'detoxing' has no flavour but I find the richness of flavour is what always amazes me when you 'go healthy'

Make sure that your cupboards and fridge are free from Non Detox goods, chuck out the mince pies, tuck into the leftover chocs and box up the caffeine. Once you start your programme, it's best not to have anything in temptations way.....

Oats so good....
Oats didn't seem to make it to the first book, but are in the second revised version, very good, very filling, slow release energy so Yes, porridge for breakfast and home made flapjack with honey and fruit for afternoon tea...tuck in!
If you do have a gluten intolerance you can get totally gluten free oats but you have to search, and generally they are 'may contain gluten' due to the factory they are processed...thanks Matt for your enquiry and an even bigger 'Thanks' for doing the Detox again.
