...Best Cleanser ever, and believe me, with a very big birthday on the horizon I have tried quite a few! I am hooked, have been using the Balance Cleanser and Skin Elixir for a few weeks now and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin. Not only that, the products are a joy to use and I just love the simplicity of the routine. Thank you Jane, I wish I had discovered you earlier!

Well, I thought that I would give you a quick update as to how I was getting on so far. I love the BALANCE cleanser. It smells divine, feels wonderful on the skin-with no greasy after touch, has a smooth texture which I didn't expect, and as you said-a little goes a long way!!! How long with this jar last? I gather the cleanser won't go off? The Intense Oil glides on smoothly for a dry oil. I have found with other dry oils that you have to use a good amount as my skin has been left feeling tight if not which then leads to the shiny beacon look!!! For darker skins, this is always a worry-a very shiny face, or dry patches. Again, a lovely texture and after feel. I am not expecting to see miracles in 6 days, and I am probably not telling you anything that you aleady didn't know about your own products, but I am very happy with the feel/ texture of my skin in 6 days Jane, and look forward to waking up one morning looking like a Godess!!!

Hi Jane, I wanted to say a big Thank-you for the sample you gave me to try. The sample has lasted a week and although I am still having slight outbreaks on my chin, there is a big difference in my skin it looks brighter and in better condition. I have ordered my own pot of balancing cleanser today and my mum has noticed the difference in my skin and wants to try it herself so I have ordered her one too !! Could you remind me the name of the product you suggested for the scarring I have experienced as I would be interested in trying that in future. I can't wait for the product to arrive !

I have just placed (and received) my first order with you - balancing nourishing cleanser - I haven't actually yet tried the product, but just wanted to say the packaging was like opening a birthday present. Layers of tissues, a little slip telling me why it was not the original pot, some jelly beans! (yum) and cute little cards saying thank you and detailing other products, all in lovely crisp white tissue paper. I have ordered from other companies and they package their goods nicely, but not as nicely as yours! I also today had a parcel how boring, little foam 'maggots' and no niceities. So a big thank you for making my first order such a pleasure to received.
