In 1998, Jane Scrivner published Detox Yourself, the original Detox programme, a 30-day food programme that includes body brushing, alternating temperature showers and professional treatment recommendations. The book went on to become a best-selling Detox Phenomenon and Detox, well, it is part of our everyday lives.

Now, you can offer the professional treatments as formulated, designed and recommended by Jane Scrivner. You can guide your clients through their own 30-day programme and treatments. You can open your own Detox Group with your clients, old and new, or you can simply offer an open evening or day to educate your clients in the best and most effective Detox Programme and self treatment available.

Introducing the new 'Jane Scrivner, Detox Yourself', treatments and training course. Four days of intensive training enabling you to provide the Total Detox service for your clients. The training includes a take away presentation on how to introduce and explain a Detox programme for your clients, how to host a Detox Open Evening or session. Signed books are available to sell to your clients at a discounted cover price.

You will learn 3 new treatments;

• Detox Yourself Thermapeutic: linen, cotton and wool body wraps.
  
• Detox Yourself Total Body Polish: full body brushing, skin softening with hydromel and polish with body oils.
  
• The Detox Yourself Emergence: a full body cocoon and facial.

You will learn about the ‘Detox Yourself’ product range, professional and retail. Ingredients sourced from around the world and closer to home, the range smells fab, is simple and extremely safe and effective.

You will also learn how to ‘Body Wrap’ in the original Kneipp style, using linen, cotton and wool, an amazing stand alone thermo therapy treatment that is the ultimate accompaniment for any Detox, Lymph Drainage or anti cellulite programme– or just pure indulgence.

Training Programme - The Details

Day 1

• Introduction to the theory of Detox, how to take your clients through the Jane Scrivner Detox Yourself, food plan, self treatment and salon treatments.
• How to host a Detox evening for your clients, how to go through a copy of the presentation to take away.
• Demonstration and description of; correct professional body brushing, exfoliation principles and methods plus convincing reasons why your clients should be taking cool showers, with full instructions!.
• A page by page guide to Detox Yourself, The Best Selling Detox Phenomenon.

Day 2

• Demonstration of Detox Yourself Total Body Polish, a head to toe full body brushing, skin softener with hydromel and polish with detox body oils.
• Practical and theory training in the treatment.
• Practical and theory training in the product.

Day 3

• Demonstration of Detox Yourself Emergence, a total reward for completing the 30 Day Detox Programme, a luxurious, pampering, relaxing and balancing body cocoon, without the need for shower facilities.
• Practical and theory training in the treatment.
• Practical and theory training in the product.

Day 4

• Demonstration of Detox Yourself Thermapeutic, an amazing full body wrap using Kneipp style linen, cotton and wool fabrics to create a personal thermo therapy session without the need for heated blankets, shower facilities or hot towels.
• Practical and theory training in the treatment.
• Practical and theory training in the product.
• Summary, distribution of certificates, Close.

Days start at 9.30am and finish at 5.30pm except day 4, when we aim to finish by 4pm. Refreshments are provided but lunch is not. Students will be expected to participate in all practical sessions.

Upon Completion of the course, you will be awarded the Jane Scrivner Detox Yourself certificate and will be able to offer all services to your clients. Treatments, presentations and theory are stand-alone or can be packaged together, enabling you to determine how best to “Detox Your Clients”!
